Alguém está tendo erro de PHP na página principal?

O erro está aparecendo em todos os computadores que usei...do trabalho, do curso e de casa. Todos com Firefox. O erro é:

Até no browser do meu celular pelo google chrome.jar ta aparecendo essa letraiada.
